One More Trip Up Through Kananaskis Highway 40
Just a spur of the moment idea to take a drive through the foothills to the south end of Kananaskis Country and then north to the Trans Canada and back to Calgary for lunch. It was a beautiful sunny day but nice and cool. We have never been 'shut out' on this drive, big horn sheep every time including this one.

Day Trip to Kananaskis
The entire Calgary family headed 1 hour west into Kananaskis for a short hike and picnic lunch. Mike, Mel and the boys have found a great little spot, Forget Me Not Pond. A very nice, beautiful, quiet spot. More rustic than the big parks but a lot less busy.
